White-glove delivery is a crew of two to six (the team scales to the install) delivering to the room of choice, unwrapping, assembling where needed, placing according to your install plan, and removing all packing materials.
You or your project manager coordinates the schedule and access with our team in advance. On install day, we arrive on time, work quietly, and hand the space back to you ready for the reveal.

You or your project manager shares the install plan, access details, and the target date. We confirm the crew size the install calls for.
Loaded from your account
On install day, the pieces held under your account are staged and loaded, with paperwork reconciled before the truck leaves the warehouse.
Delivered to the room of choice
The crew delivers each piece to its room, unwraps and assembles where needed, and places it per the install plan.
Packing removed, space handed back
All packing materials are removed as part of the install-day service, and the space is left ready for the reveal.
