What this service covers.
Client pickup is available by appointment during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Central). Your firm authorizes the pickup on the account, and our team stages the pieces at the dock in advance.
We do not release any item without written authorization from the account holder. It is a small formality that protects both the design firm and the end client.

Firm authorizes the pickup
The design firm on the account sends written authorization naming the pieces, the person or company picking up, and the appointment date.
Appointment booked
Pickups are scheduled by appointment weekdays, 9 am to 4 pm Central. We confirm timing so the truck and dock line up.
Pieces staged in advance
The named pieces are pulled from the account and staged at the dock before the appointment.
Loaded and released
On arrival, the pickup is verified against the authorization, loaded, and signed for.
