How does white-glove delivery work?

White-glove is a crew of two to six delivering to the room of choice (the team size scales with the install), unwrapping, assembling where needed, placing according to your install plan, and removing all packing materials. You or your project manager coordinates the schedule and access with our team in advance; on install day we arrive on time, work quietly, and photograph the completed placement for your records.

What does receiving cost?

Receiving is billed per piece, tiered by weight, and confirmed with each firm during account setup. Storage is billed per square foot per day, with the first seven days included at no charge to allow inspection and inventory. Waste haul and white-glove delivery are quoted as separate line items on your monthly statement.
